We are excited to announce that OSPIN have been awarded the contract for an exciting residential new-build and renovation project in Kent. The scheme will be phased into two parts. The first will comprise of the renovation of two oak-framed barns which once formed part of an historic farmstead. Phase 2 is scheduled for mid-2017 and will see the renovation of an old milking shed and Atcost Barn into a modern residential dwelling. The focus is to create a sustainable eco-home, with the installation of a water bore-hole, ground source heat-pump and solar panels feeding into battery storage.
