After successfully obtaining planning permission, we are excited to announce that OSPIN has now been awarded the Build contract for a bungalow conversion project in Surrey. The project consists of a complete transformation of the property, including a double storey extension and remodelling of the interior spaces. A new white and timber-clad façade will modernise the exterior of the property, whilst a re-designed interior layout will provide an open-plan and functional living arrangement.
